Who's to blame for the current economic crisis?

- Every-ones to blame in this. The Bush administration supported deregulation, cut taxes while putting us in a war, and basically blocked everything that supported energy independence. The home owners bought beyond their means, taking huge risks and not bothering to look ahead.
